Jim Grell is our man! Jim has agreed to be our next chef guest on Feb. 15th. I talked to him the other day and he has no idea what he can do to top making sausage in front of our very eyes. I suggested something with lasers and bacon, because I'm always thinking about bacon.I ate some hungarian bacon from bar 5 last night, it was amazing. And there are so many things you can wrap in bacon, and not many you can't.
Back to Jim, I stopped by and got the pot roast before our meeting and I have to tell you, simply presented but lots of great flavors running around in it. All the veg was perfect and meat you can eat with a spoon.
I need to set up another meeting.
