Families are invited to explore Minnesota’s agricultural heritage through its food. Children and parents will enjoy healthy treats prepared by local chefs, including:

- Local red skin potatoes & fresh ketchup from the History Center’s Café Minnesota
- Natural soda brewing from Northern Brewer
- Demos from Fabulous Catering
